MEET OUR TEAM
The Business Office
Our staff members in the business office will be the first contact you have with us. These highly-trained professionals will greet you at our reception desk or talk with you via phone. They will be able to help you with all of your questions regarding insurance and other financial matters and assist you in getting your appointments in a timely manner.
JUDY, BUSINESS MANAGER
Judy has worked for over 21 years at Fisher Dentistry. Her duties include maintaining all the office regulations, compliance, payroll, accounts payable, staff related issues, patient relations and other numerous items. In her free time, she enjoys reading, walks at the Metro Parks and spending time with her husband and grandchildren.
MELINDA
Melinda has worked at Fisher Dentistry for over 22 years. She is our Director of Finances and our main Hygiene scheduler. She keeps our practice up and running doing the ins and outs of daily functions of practice. She is in constant contact with the insurance companies helping to get our patient’s claims paid and resolved. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, walking, attending sporting events and visiting her favorite nephew and his three children.
MARGENE
Margene is the first person you will probably see or talk to when first coming into contact with our office. She has been working at Fisher Dentistry for over 21 years. She wears many hats that include scheduling appointments, making specialty appointments, talking to other specialty offices about patient’s medical concerns and coordinating our InVisalign and implant cases. Margene spends her free time taking care of the sports concessions at Lake Local Schools, gardening and spending time with her family and three grandchildren.
The Hygiene Department
Our hygienists are the foundation of our home care program. While they use their dental skills to remove soft and hard deposits, they don’t just clean teeth. We feel that it is extremely important that you not only receive high quality dental care but that you learn how to maintain that care once you leave our office. Our hygienists are educators who really care about teaching their patients about all aspects of their dental care.

RENEE
Renee is our lead hygienist. She has been working here for over 46 years. She has no plan of retiring anytime soon. She is the listener and advice giver of the group. She works hard and is always there to help whenever we need her. She has a lot of patients that have been seeing her for many, many years. She loves seeing them and catching up while cleaning their teeth. In her free time, she enjoys walking, going to Broadway shows, water skiing and hanging out by the water whenever the opportunity arises. She also enjoys getting all dressed up and going out with her friends and loved ones.

STACY
Stacy has been working here for 31 years. She came to us right out of college, and since then we have always been a part of her life. She is a true spark and joy to be around! You can hear her laughing with her patients from the other side of the office. She is dedicated and truly loves her career choice. In her free time, she loves exercising (well, maybe she doesn’t love it), spending time with her two daughters, golfing with her husband and visiting with her many friends.

BARB
Barb has been working with us for over 21 years. Even though we have her hid in the far room, she is very much busy with her patients. She is the quiet one of the group, but full of laughs when she isn’t busy cleaning teeth. You can always count on her to tell you a great joke. She has a large patient base and loves seeing them all to catch up on their activities. In her free time, her true love is running, competing several times in The Boston Marathon. She also bikes and swims occasionally. She enjoys spending time with her two grown sons, teenage daughter and friends.
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant/Dental Assistants
Our dental assistants perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties. They sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, prepare and lay out the instruments and materials required to treat each patient, and they obtain and update patient’s dental records. Our assistants make patients comfortable in the dental chair and prepare them for treatment. During dental procedures, assistants work alongside the dentist. They hand instruments and materials to the dentist and keep patients' mouths dry and clear by using suction hoses or other devices. They also instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.

BRANDIE
Brandie is our lead Expanded Functions Dental Assistant which means she can perform certain dental procedures under the supervision of Dr. Fisher that a dental assistant cannot in the state of Ohio. She has been working with us for 27 years.

HOLLY
Holly is our lead dental assistant and back staff liaison. She has been with us for 20 years. She is the organizer and glue of the group. Organizing anything from implants cases to making sure everything is ready for our next day of patients. She has a strong work ethic that has shown in her work. She enjoys talking to the patients and meeting their needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and experiencing new adventures and riding on his motorcycle. She also loves spending time with her sons and attending their sporting events. Sometimes she even has time to read the latest novel.

AMANDA
Amanda has been working with us for over 4 years. She is the outgoing one of the group. She can make friends with anyone and enjoys sitting and talking to patients and co-workers. She also helps out at the front desk when needed. She has a true knack for being a multi-tasker and getting the job done with ease. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, going to his many activities that include Cub Scouts, soccer and baseball. When she has time for herself, she also enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
